Urbino & Pesaro Province :
Northern Le Marche has classical Italian landscapes and important Cultural Cities
with a long section of coastline including the decorative sea side towns Pesaro and Senigalia .
Pesaro hosts an annual Rossini season. The most prestigious restaurants can be found in this region which is the most northern
thinking province of Le Marche bordering Tuscany and close to Emilia Romagna. Urbino merits an extended visit housing an exceptional
exhibition of the works of the artist Raphael. Urbino being his birth place .
Ancona Province:
Includes some of the most stunning coast line of the Adriatic including the Conero Coast,
prestigious vineyards producing famous Rosso Conero and Verdicchio from Jesi.
There are several special hill towns worth exploring including Loreto, a popular destination for tourists and pilgrims.
The area has some world class hotels and excellent sea food restaurants along with exciting shopping
oppotunities and designer outlet s.
Fermo Province:
Undulating classical Italian landscapes, vineyards and a long coast line of white beaches and countless
high quality restaurants and shops. Fermo has a beautiful main Piazza and church and excellent shopping.
The area is well known for its designer shoe and leather outlets.
Macerata Province:
Host to a famous opera season and the region has stunning landscapes rolling in from the Adriatic coastline
towards the Sibillini mountains. The region is teaming with medieval hill top towns with art treasures galore.
This province borders Umbria and the its vineyards produce high quality Verdicchio centered
around Metallica , famous also for its paper industry.
Ascoli Piceno Province:
Southern Le Marche is the most untamed, wild region mountain influenced
with the National Park on its borders. A region of diverse produce from fat green
Ascoli olives on the lower land towards the coast
to wild boar and White truffle from the mountains. Ascoli Piceno the capital of the province is a beautiful, fascinating
uncharted city with high quality shopping and restaurants. The province borders Abruzzo and Umbria.
