Door to shower room, sink and WC Well designed fitted generously equipped cooks kitchen with Gaggenau gas oven,5 burner hob, Marble topped, Central Island,large fridge freezer, microwave,Breakfast Table and seating for 8. Dish washer, washing machine, Kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Stairs to First Floor: 3 double bed rooms with 2 single beds available also. Double aspect rooms with lovely views, shuttered windows and tiled floors. 2nd Sitting room with white cotton covered sofas one being a double bed, TV, DVD,music system, books. 2nd and principle shower room with Shower, Sink and WC. |

Casa Luciano has the added luxury and convenience of a pool house providing much needed shelter form the mid day sun and has every facility required to
provide lunch, breakfast and dinner under the shade facing towards the valleys , hills and a hill top town.
The pool house has a wooden table with 8 chairs looking out to the pool and the spectacular views beyond.

There is another terrace below the house which has more beautiful views and a lovely spot to relax and savour a cool glass of wine at sunset A table , chairs
and umbrella are provided.
The driveway has large iron gates and the grounds are secured by a fence and hedges. Most of the garden is laid to lawn. There is loads of space to the side
of the house, a large flat lawned garden which is perfect for ball games, badminton, cricket etc.
To walk to Belmonte the closest village which has shops, a baker and bar takes approx 40 mins.
Closest restaurants within ten minutes drive. The English restaurant guide La Vita will be in the house for your use.
