Casa Lucerelli provides holiday accommodation for up to 8 people and works perfectly for a family or a small group.
Newly restored to a high standard offering spacious, comfortable accommodation. The house is a restored farmhouse and the restoration has
retained the charm and personality of the original house.
The house has terracotta floors throughout, shuttered windows and is furnished with wooden Italian country furniture.

On the ground floor there is a large communal room and a utility area with a washing machine and cloakroom/shower room.
The main house is on the first and second floor reached by a staircase from the front door and drive way.
The dining area next to the kitchen has seating for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, Electric oven and gas hob with ventilation
hood, dish washer and supplied for up to 8 people.
There is a double bedroom on the first floor with a double wooden bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Next door there is a twin bedded room .
Opposite is a large shower room with a shower cubicle, WC, sink and bidet.
The second floor is accessed by a stair case through the dining room. There is another double bedroom with similar furnishings as the other double.
Next door is a single bedded room with space for another camp bed.
There is another shower room on this floor which has restricted height and is used for smaller children.
A lovely spacious sitting room with a TV, satellite TV, sofa and seating .
All the rooms have wonderful far reaching views all different dependant on the position of the rooms. From one side on a clear day it is possible to
see as far the the coast 40 kms away and the mountains and beautiful surrounding area on the other.
