The luxurious pool house area is a self contained unit with cooking facilities, food storage, a changing room, shower and WC along with the elegant eating area allows one to stay put by the
pool all day .The pool area is a safe environment for young children as long as they are always supervised.
The views from the pool, house and terrace of the surrounding Italian countryside, with olive groves, sunflowers, hill top towns and vines are entrancing. The mountains always present in the
background. The house is in a totally private location down a white road which is very well maintained. The garden and grounds are safely fenced in, the lawn surrounding the house is flat and
generously planted with many varitities of fruit tree and shrubs. Lavender , rosemary and laurel grow in abundance.
There is a paved terrace below the house with a table, chairs and large umbrella surrounded by garden it is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of prosecco or chilled beer.
The pool terrace and pool house are both neatly designed to provide a perfect place to spend the day, under the tiled pool house roof escaping the mid day sun eating lunch which can be
prepared and enjoyed in situ with a fridge and barbecue provided along with crockery, glasses etc. There is also a shower cubicle and WC making it easy to stay and chill out by the pool all
day and night is desired.The pool is only a short distance from the house.
The sense of seclusion and privacy is also very special and goes towards providing a perfect country house retreat close enough to life but far enough away to ensure total peace and quiet.
There is a wealth of restaurants to choose from serving mostly local freshly caught fish and shell fish.
There is a lively nightlife scene on the coast .

The area comes alive in the summer months each village holding a sagra or a festa to celebrate harvests and the holiday season. These events are great fun for families, everyone
staying up late, eating gelati and dancing under the stars.
