Sant Angelo in Pontano is the nearest village and is a pleasant 25 minute walk. The village provides for most shopping requirements, has a bank and
chemist and 3 bars on serving fantastic ice cream in the summer, all serving delicious Italian coffee.
The are 3 good restaurants serving typical regional food and wine which is extraordinarily good, one has a panoramic dining terrace with exceptional
views. A restaurant guide is available in the house to help you choose from the Huge selection of restaurants in the local area.

The pool on a terrace below the house is south facing and has magnificent views of the rolling marche hills and the Sibillini mountains.
A shaded loggia in front of the house and overlooking the pool provides a perfect place for al fresco dining and enjoying the wonderful views. The pool
surround is grass and flat so providing a safe environment for younger children, the pool is visible from the house and the terrace but a safe distance away.
The large private garden well stocked with lavender and plants is completely fenced in with large iron gates adding to the sense of security .
The house is accessed by a quiet tarmac lane and is 4 kms from the village. It is a 30 minute pleasant walk into the village where you will find excellent
restaurants, shops, bars and alot of activities during the summer including the Sant Nicola celebrations with an amazing firework display and a summer day
camp for children. There a tennis courts 2 kms away and lovely walks from the house.
